The San Francisco 49ers continued their strong start to the 2026 season Sunday, defeating the Miami Dolphins 35-13 at Levi’s Stadium to improve to 2-0. Brock Purdy led the way, completing 20 of 22 passes for 287 yards and two touchdowns while adding a rushing score. Christian McCaffrey scored twice, while George Kittle recorded four catches for 80 yards and a touchdown.

San Francisco took control early and broke the game open in the third quarter, scoring three touchdowns to turn a close game into a comfortable lead. The 49ers’ defense held Miami to 284 total yards and kept the Dolphins out of the end zone until late in the fourth quarter. Malik Willis finished with 197 passing yards and a touchdown, while Ryan Miller scored Miami’s lone touchdown on a 77-yard reception.
